djbdns patches

This extended version adds the features below to djbdns-1.05;

• Include IPv6 patch by fefe. (fefe's patch)
• Fix IPv6 address binding problem on *BSD.
• Generate reverse ptr record of *.ip6.arpa instead of *.ip6.int.
• Generage *.ip6.int as well as *.ip6.arpa when environment variable IP6_INT is set.
